Prior to a class or workshop, all registered students receive access to reference materials which include the instructor’s photos, drawing guides, and preparation instruction. Once these are shared with students, there are no refunds or transfers to other workshops. If registrants are unable to attend the live-online session, they may use the recorded workshop video(s) to follow along and paint at their leisure.
If, for any reason, a workshop recording is unavailable to students and a registered student misses the class, the student has the option of attending another online workshop within a 1-year period.
If technical difficulty or other emergency of the instructor results in a cancelled workshop, every effort will be made to reschedule it. The student may choose to attend the rescheduled workshop, transfer to a different workshop, or request 100% of the workshop fee be refunded.
If technical difficulty or other emergency of the instructor results in cancellation of a single class of a 6-week session, the class may be rescheduled, or students will receive a refund of the prorated fee of a single class.
Transfer policy for online workshops: If a student submits an emailed notification no later than one (1) week prior to the start date of a workshop, requesting a transfer to a future online workshop, they may do so.
Note: All in-person workshops are sponsored and hosted by various organizations and art centers which have their own cancellation policies in place. Please contact them for the latest information on cancellations.
